I just have a feeling that Portugal will draw with the US or Germany...

We are giving too much respect to Germany. That was the most atrocious display against a weak German side in the Euros and I have faith it won't happen again. As far as the last time we played the USA at the World Cup, the Portuguese side was dealing with injuries and suspensions. We had no Patricio, Pepe, Fabio and Ronaldo was playing injured. We also didn't have the talent that we have right now.

I would like to see Iran again because it's a good rivalry in my house.

Let's hope the Middle East is a good omen for Portugal as we won the World Cup for the 1st time with our u20.
João Pinto Was in the team back then and I think he is part of Santos team still?

I know guys I'm clutching at straws just want to see us lift a World Cup:sneaky:

We draw Uruguay first to set up a 2018 rematch

If they can't top that group I don't know what to tell you.

Let's hope we can exact revenge on both of those teams.

The stars have finally aligned for Portugal in a World Cup draw. I can't believe my eyes. Maybe this was Allah's doing. Peace be upon him.

I got nervous as Germany and Canada got closer to us but we dodged the bullet in the end.

I think it's a decent draw considering the others... Spain & Germany the group of "Death"? Brazil is in a tricky group as well. England with the... hum... easiest? LOL

If someone could start a new thread for the WC 2022 so we can start discussing it and sharing some past games with these teams...

Spain, Germany or Belgium would be our quarter final if we dont get cucked before that

What we really need to know is whether we're capable of drawing each one of them or not.

If I had faith in the coach putting these players performing 100% I'd say we should be getting 9 points. Uruguay isn't the same from 4 years ago, South Korea and Ghana should be wins too. But I think we'll probably scrape by like usual.

I think we have good chances against any of the top teams to be honest. Germany isn't at its best. Spain either... I think France is honestly the favorites here once again.

Can’t stand that it’s in November but at least it gives our players a chance to rest and recover from injuries . We should go into this full strength

Looking at the other groups, some of them seem way easier. Not sure how good Ghana and Uruguay are nowadays but they got some good players on each team still. Don’t think it’s as easy as you’re all making it. Groups A & D seem easier
