Utter crap. We got stuck with the Thrus Conf Final last year. Well there goes a chance of a decent crowd!

Supposedly it's an "honor" to get the Thursday night series. ESPN coverage, and all.

    I don't buy it.

Well at least I now know I won't have to be bothered to go watch Chicago kick our ass, I can watch it on T.V and shut it off when its 3-0

    absolutely not

that means I am not a real fan? classy when someone you don't know questions your fandom...wow you are so right, I don't really like the team at all, that would explain everything

would you like to hear how awesome getting to the stadium is during the week from the city? I will watch from my couch, enjoy it...the Revs couldn't beat Chicago all season

Well if it's really Thursday night, I cannot go because I will be in class. I'm sure glad I wasted $12 getting a ticket.

I know I drive right through downtown in Boston and it will turn a 40 minute drive into a 90 minute drive, but it is the playoffs and the Revs have had enough success vs. Chicago recently that I will definitely show.

New England, where the Fire season ends.... and all that.

I believe its because he still wants to support the team despite the bad run as of late as opposed to you throwing in the towel already.

Im still waiting on the tickets to go on sale since I already have kc tickets.

Um, I've been to every game this year except the Brazil epic. I'm realistic, do I WANT the team to win the cup this year? You bet your ass I do. Do I THINK we are going to do it they way we are playing since the team basically "threw in the towel" in the USOC and the CCL? No I don't. Guess that makes me a bad fan.

Its hard not to get discouraged by all the posts saying that people won't show because its a weeknight. I know Thursday nights are not ideal, but since soccer is the unwanted, bastard sports child of America any "prime time" spot is welcome. At least ESPN2 isn't bumping us for poker or lumberjack challenges... yet.

it isn't that i won't show, but more that i can't. i also think past weeknight attendance performances speak for themselves.

we should just feel happy that espn gives us a game to watch, just like we should be happy that krafty bob gives us a team to support.

On the sixth day, God created Bob Kraft. While God was resting on the seventh, Bob Kraft created the Revs. Let us praise His name forever, amen.
