You cannot write a script for a more painful playoff exit. Unbelievable!

    The curse lives on…

And I guess there are no bad Yankees fans?

Seriously, I find the latter far more annoying than the former.

Regardless, we all knew the baseball gods were pulling the strings this whole time. Everybody knew it. That's why a) everyone who likes to see Cubs fans and Red Sox fans suffer just because they have no soul are happy, b) Cubs and Red Sox fans are still miserable (no, not the bandwagoneers), and c) all the neutrals and bandwagoneers won't tune into the World Series, so everyone will still acknowledge that Bud Selig is a retard and needs to quit dragging the game into oblivion.

So you basically want MLB to "fix" certain games... gotcha.

We'll know the baseball gods are pulling the strings if the Marlins win. In a year where the RS and Cubs almost make the WS it would be fitting for the team with no fans to take the WS.

    Where did I say that?

I think the sooner Bud Selig leaves, the happier we all will be. I never said (or implied) that baseball should "fix" results to make that happen. I said the baseball gods were pulling the strings here. (Which they clearly are.) Sorry if I wasn't more clear.

On my personal experience, New York sports fans in general are surprisingly good fans compare to the fans in Boston.

I think NJ Nets Coach Byron Scott was right about the Boston fans......
