Haven't seen enough of Juve this season to claim whether Sarri needs time at Juve or if he's just not a good fit there. But whenever I have seen them, they've been pretty underwhelming.
All game long too. Should have put Real away by now. Superb long range shot from CRon to give Juve the lead (with his left foot also).
Sarri and i hate to say it, Ronaldo killed their upward trajectory as fsr as hoping to win CL. They've gone backwards.
You mention CRon in the sense that he does not have the right players around him for the team to function optimally (or that he's just not a good fit to the team overall)? As far as Sarri is concerned, I loved how he had Napoli playing but whether it's with Chelsea and now Juve, doesn't look like he's been able to reproduce that. Figured it's probably because he doesn't have the same kind of players but it's still been sort of a letdown in that regard.
Interesting how Ramos is one of those players you definitely have a bigger appreciation for when he's not playing. Very obvious that Real (and Varane) have missed him big time today (not just his leadership either).
6mins of added time in the Juve v Lyon game... Upset in Turin: Lyon lose 2-1 on the night but go thru. Juve and CRon are out.
Ole needs to work on his London accent, oh and manage a London club Frank Lampard has been nominated for Premier League manager of the season. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (who beat him three times, finished above him and still has a chance of silverware) hasn't #mufc— Rich Fay (@RichFay) August 7, 2020

Andrea Pirlo is going to be the new Juventus manager. He has been choosen by the president Andrea Agnelli. Last details to be completed... and here we go ⚪️⚫️ @SkySport @DiMarzio #Juventus— Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) August 8, 2020 Juve are the latest team to jump on the former team legend with little to no experience bandwagon. Curious to see how it will work out but have a feeling it's not the worst punt there is.

OH MY WORD, MESSI 😱(via @UCLonCBSSports)pic.twitter.com/lExuhUQbpG— FOX Soccer (@FOXSoccer) August 8, 2020
It was 100% a penalty. It was very smart from Messi and Koulibaly got caught napping, but he kicked the hell out of Messi who played the ball.
If you watch them play, it is pretty clear how much Ronaldo hampers them. It's not that he isn't still good, but he isn't that good anymore and he is out there shooting whenever he wants, not helping the team in any other way, including setting up his teammates. Compare what Ronaldo did yesterday to Messi's first half today. There is no comparisons.
Yup. Through the laws of the game you are correct. It was an intelligent, cheeky play by Messi. I also thought it was a bit dangerous.
@Amdrag I dont follow Juve week in/out but their form with or wothout Ronaldo hasnt been gr8 and i dont buy Sarri Ball BS and most here might agree he has ruined Juve.
