Pittsburgh City United Football Club... oof... Who decided that the most generic name of a soccer team in Pittsburgh was a good idea? Even tho this squad competes two tiers lower with the Hounds, why split the soccer fanbase between the two squads? The thirst for soccer in Pittsburgh isn't that great to begin with. Not digging this at all. Not sure where to put this since there isn't a NPSL board, yet.
I assumed the name was a self-aware joke. Either that or the idea of someone who just discovered the existence of European teams and their naming conventions.
