Our schedule is very friendly. I just hope, by that last game Atletico will have secured it's place in the Europen tournaments and won't play va bank. Barcelona should win La Liga without problem.
That list of upcoming Liga fixtures is deliberately kept short as it relates to players who can face suspension in the NEAR future based on their current yellow card count. (5 bookings = 1 match suspension) Here's the full list of remaining Liga fixtures for the rest of the season: J30 (A) Sevilla J31 (H) Atheltic Bilbao J32 (A) Celta J33 (H) Atlético Madrid J34 (A) Villarreal J35 (H) Espanyol J36 (A) Valladolid J37 (H) Osasuna J38 (A) Alavés
I'm confused here, as Lenglet's yellow against Real Sociedad in J27 led to his suspension in J28 against Mallorca (for YC accumulation). So how could he be back on a suspension for getting just one more new yellow after serving suspension? I think Lenglet is available, which is lucky since Umtiti is not. @unclesox can you clear this up? I double checked that it was not a Red Card v. Sociedad (don't think Lenglet has had a red since that early one in his Barca career vs. Girona).
Looks like my mistake. I still had him listed with four yellows but I just recounted and his slate is clean. I likely forgot to erase him from the list after the Real Sociedad match way back when.
Javier Aguirre (Leganes' coach) was sent off late in the match. I assumed he must have said something to the ref. But it turns out he was sent off for repeatedly imitating the sound of the ref's whistle "with the intention of confusing the players."
I don't think Semedo was offside. When they draw the VAR line on the screen, he was a little behind of the defender. In my opinion, that was just a bad call.
