Parma is tied with Siena, third from the bottom, yet they are only 5 points behind Chievo, who are in 4th place. Another 3 points, and Parma would suddenly be "midtable". But it's not a simple task (nothing will be for Parma, this year): Parma's starting lineup (4-2-3-1): Frey, Bonera, Bovo, Potenza, Contini, Simplicio, Marchionni, Morefo, Bresciano, Maccarone, Gilardino.

Starters were actually: Frey; Bonara, Cannavaro (Rupolo 74), Potenza, Contini; Marchionni, Simplicio, Breschiano, Rosina (Bovo 22); Maccarone (Morfeo 46), Gilardino.
