I would suspect the same starting LU as last week with Becks coming for Buddle in the second half and Landon moving up front. I wouldn't mind Stephens in the LM slot or Bowen up top in Edson's spot. I have a long hatred for DC and expect a thorough ass-kicking. No excuses boys!

No doubt. All it would take is one loss and we go down from the top. RSL just beat Toronto and Paulo scored a goal for them first time out. I am so glad that Dema is playing well and that Juninho and Becks are at least back.
Agreed. And I hate to say it..but I hope we won't be down a goal first..and God knows what happened when we go down a goal first. BUT..if we really are a great team..we SHOULD be able to fight back and win it (or draw - yeah, I don't really have high hope for the win when the other team take the lead) and I hope the guys has learned and know how to do that by now.
Time for Donovan to put his money where his mouth is. He said after last win that his goal is to be the best player on the field. Though Juninho was better than Landon last week, I hope Landon keeps his game at a high level. If so, I don't see us dropping points here...
I thought it was to win the battle for his position. If he is up top; to win the battle between him and defenders. If he is out right; to win against the other teams left sided players

I agree with Qamle's general point (LD's aiming to be the best player), but his statement is more or less sounds like this.
If we lose this game, the only place we can lose is in their state of mind. the Crew game proved we have the talent and skill. The only way we can truly lose is if we aren't mentally prepared.
Preparation is on the coach. And, somehow, because of Bruce's prior employment as coach of DCU, I think this game means a little more to him than some others. I can't imagine he will let the boys overlook this game.
