I didn't have any rest during the last 11 days. In total I had 1 big game, 3 practices and the rest of the time I spent practicing on my own, so no brakes. Yesterday I wanted to practice some shots but when I put on my boots and tried to run I felt like my legs were 1000 pounds each, plus when I started dribbling all my moves were so awkward that I had no idea what to do Is this an overtraining?
