I'm fairly new on here and have just discovered we have our own forum so I'm writing to gather genuine opinions on us as a side this season. I know that during the summer there was much optimism/expectation that we were a top six side in the making, however this is slowly diminishing. I'm not one of those Bowyer abusers who can't recognise what he's done for us and who demand he must be sacked, he's doing his best and in this division the grass isn't always greener. However unfortunately I don't think that tactically he's astute enough to take us up. I feel the squad is just about good enough for top six and with recent financial losses being posted if we don't go up this season we are in deep trouble and that is what is so frustrating. I was at Bolton on boxing and that really epitomised us as a side at the moment.
