Then they complain about MLS. I hadn’t seen a score like that ever since the Detroit Express & Trevor Francis beat my San Jose Earthquakes 10-0 on July 12th, 1978 in the old NASL! I was only a little kid at the time and don’t recall much but I’ll never forget hearing that score on the radio! mamma mia che fiasco!
Ronaldo is being offered left and right to every CL team, but no one making a move. What a humiliating end to him.

Haaland with a back to back hattrick. Maybe one day he will test himself in Italy instead of these farmer leagues.
They were saying on radio sportiva that CR7 wanted to go to Napoli but the transfer deadline is over today so I don't know if they can get it done.
It's extremely funny that when Haaland was doing this in Bundesliga, EPL fanboys said it was happening in the farmers league. Now Haaland doing it in EPL, and he is the best striker in the world Having said that Haaland is monster. I just hope he doesn’t get turned into a Pep-bot. His ability to get in behind defenders is already top-tier, would hate to see that coached out of him to instead play deeper and be more involved in the build up. As a pure 9 he’ll easily score 40 goals a season at City.
Only a matter of time before he takes on a defender who does him in. The only way to stop a guy from scoring like that is to hurt him.
Dont be silly. They are already putting balls into the box to suit him. You adjust to Haaland and even Pep will do that for certain players, especially with a 9. Basically a slight alteration of tactics in the final part of play. There is no chance they take him away from what he does best on the edge of the play.. He is built like a tractor. Farm boy strength. He will just keep going through them.
Exactly why I posted that. These things should not be forgot. France Germany Italy etc all farmers leagues from EPL parrots.
They did have history but this is one of those myths that doesnt die. He played for the rest of that match and a few days later played for Norway. That summer he had an operation on the other knee. Not the one crunched in the infamous tackle. He never recovered from that surgery and played on stop start for 2 years. Anyhow, Erling is a whole other monster to his father in terms of physical strength. Virgil is about the only guy who can match him.
Pep has already made comments about not liking strikers waiting for the ball in regards to Haaland improving. Doesn’t necessarily mean he’s going to ruin Haaland, but Pep has done weird things with strikers in the past.
I never heard of Brentford before as they just got promoted last season and their first year back in the EPL was in 2021. They won big again today! Good job!
IMO he won't get rattled easily like Lukaku did in the Milan derby, but he will get done in because it's impossible to stop him otherwise. Even if he doesn't see it happen in England, he'll see it happen in Europe. His dad said he didn't complete another 90 after that Keane hit.
