    eff that ... i'm pulling for the pens because they truly are superior to our worthless, pathetic excuse for a hockey team. we do suck, and i love a winner, so i'm dropping the flyers like a bad habit and jumping on the pittsburgh bandwagon. anyone care to join me?

    blood clots? getting hit in the face with a puck? please, these superficial wounds would be mere child's play to the Broad Street Bullies. the 07/08 flyers are so weak and brittle i'm surprised they don't shatter into a million itty-bitty pieces when checked into the boards.

    speaking of which, anyone hear the sound clip between mike schmidt and harry kalas about schmidt and his wife golfing. schmitty says something along the lines of how he always beats his wife ... long pause ... harry kinda stumbles and clarifies that he's talking about "at golf". it's effing hilarious.

    imagine that..the flyers started putting up a fight. i guess they really don't want to play golf.

    too bad they won't be able to hold off the pens for 3 more games. it was a good run boys. go out with some dignity and try to at least make it look like you are trying to win.

    wait, what? the flyers played last night? i thought they decided not to show up for game 4 and just give the series to pittsburgh.
