Posted here only because Philadelphians post here...I've seen bus adverts for a company called Closed Networks which boast of $20/month for broadband access. I'm tired of getting whacked, Sopranos-style for $43/month from Comcast, and wonder if anyone has this ISP and if it's working out for them.
