Does anybody know anything about watching boxing live. My father-in-law asked if I could take him to a match (or bout or whatever it's called) but I don't follow nor care about the sport at all so I don't know anything about it. I assume Vegas or Atlantic City, but I don't need a title fight.
Well, I think it's actually because his opponents camps have figured out that you need to pressurize Fedor and not let him be his calculating, methodical self.
Yea there's fights at those two places all the time. Just go to HBO.com and look for sports-boxing and they'll list all the fights they plan to air in the next 3-4 months.
Didn't see the Fedor fight, glad he won but it sucks that he's losing his aura. What's wrong with his trainers??
Most of the one's in Vegas are like in NBA arena like settings prolly 14-18k. Prolly super expensive on the floor and first few rows of the arena seating but after that I'm assuming you can get tix pretty easily if its not like some grand title fight (still pretty expensive I bet). Mayweather v. Ortiz is in a couple of weeks, see if you can find prices, that would give you an idea of what a high end event is like.
Haha dude like I said I'm not sure. Might be wrong, but for a Mayweather fight that might be what you're looking at. Check to see how much Mayweather v. Ortiz is running, I'm curious myself now.
He should have retired after the Bigfoot beatdown. Should have left gracefully. Oh well, thanks for the entertaining fights over the years Fedor! It was great to have a champion to cheer for!
Beatdown? I wouldn't go that far, dude outweighed him by 60 pounds and just sat on Fedor and punched him the whole second round.
That's like saying Brock Lesnar didn't beat up Frank Mir. If you use your weight to pin somebody down and rain punches on them, that's a legit beatdown.
Corrie Sanders - Nikolai Kulpin http://sosoboxing.com/boxing-video-watch-online/corrie-sanders-vs-nikolay-kulpin/ A pretty good scrap.
