dstefano - thanks for the support. We are currently rebuilding the Orlando Odyssey concept (working on a new name, logo, growth plan, etc...). It has taken a lot of time. We're inclined to back the regional club concept, under one congress of delegates from each club. As soon as our website and facebook page are up, we'll be calling for and hosting a general meeting of delegates from each club to discuss things like standards and practices.

We've checked out the re-energized OSSC facebook page. We like many of the creative ideas proposed there.

This thing is getting bigger and bigger and we have no doubt that there will be a formidable force of supporters at Orlando City's opening match.

teamAOK- Clermont is a great town. We've got you covered. We'll be in touch.

So, what do we call the central group? We already have a Facebook page for Reeves' Army, and its domain names are available.

Does anybody know where the team is playing? I've seen all the speculation about the Citrus Bowl but the Season Ticket application doesn't show the venue

So I know I'm new here, but I'm a bit confused what to what the difference between OSSC and Reeves' Army are. If there is one?

Reeves' Army is a proposed new name for OSSC. We are considering changing the name because the OSSC acronym is extremely close to the OCSC acronym of the team.

Thank you so much, that is what I thought but was still a bit confused.

Hey everybody! I'm new to all of this and been playing catch up on all the post. I'm stoked about OCSC. I've always been a soccer fan, but now I'm ready to take it up a notch.

Also, I'm really digging the Reeves' Army title.

How about (Or)Lando's Army for the name of the SG up there?

    lol sorry couldn't help myself.

Good luck to you guys getting going. Hopefully next year the Strikers meet up with OCSC in the Open Cup so a road trip is in order. I was at all 5 Miami FC-Tampa Bay games this past season and they were the best times I've ever had at a MFC game. Having visiting fans adds so much to the atmosphere on game days. Shame we won't be in the same league...

Apologies in advance if this isn’t the appropriate place to post this; but as I literally just now joined, I’m unable to make a new thread and I’m also unsure where else on the site I would address this. With that said!: I was wondering if anyone would know a good way to lend more support to this club?

Yes, I think 'Church St Hooligans' will work with some of the chants I have been working on

    I'm such an idiot.

    I'm a roadgeek, and I DIDN'T THINK OF THAT!

The domain is available. The logo is child's play. I already have a production-ready AI made, because interstate shield SVGs are all over Wikipedia (and public domain as productions of the U.S. government).

    I-4 Rangers. Shall we?

EDIT: Created a version of the logo with the founding date. I myself don't like putting the date, but I figured I'd give the option.

The I-4 Rangers sign that Rays put together fits with the color scheme the team announced. The word Hooligans has a lot of negative connotations, and all you need is one real hooligan in the group to brand everyone. On the other hand, since Rangers is such a recognized team moniker, maybe another name to go with I-4 might be a better fit

To be frank, the term "hooligans" is the primary reason soccer has a bad reputation in America.

And while the term Rangers is a common team name elsewhere, it is only used once in the upper four divisions in America. (New Jersey Rangers, PDL)

But... I do have an idea. "La Pandilla I-4", or the I-4 Gang. "La Pandilla" is one of the nicknames of Monterrey. And I can't think of a better way to stick it to Pachuca. :p

Perfect - love it! (without the date)!

I've got say anyone familiar with football will think it's some direct reference to Glasgow calling a team Rangers and even moreso with the colour scheme.

I'd also agree the name hooligan is a bad idea, it automatically makes people think bad things about the fans seeing that word.

I'm starting to gravitate toward The I-4 Gang / La Pandilla I-4. It will also make a great bilingual marketing tool.

What about "Brigade" as suggested early-on or Travellers?
