Another hugely important game for Standard Liege. Their league rivals Anderlecht won on Friday and moved 2 points ahead of Standard. But a win by Standard will put them back in first by a single point with 3 games remaining.

    Gooch starts.

Standard have taken a 1-0 lead thanks to a 24' goal from Milan Rapaic.

The game is now in the 30th minute.

Standard still holds a 1-0 lead at halftime.

Does this mean he forced a save?

15' Onyewu force le premier coup de coin du Brussels.

I believe it says he forced the first corner kick..
Must be some real French speakers here who can give the exact meaning.. I think I'm correct though, at least in part..;)

    I agree with Jabinho's non-French speaking semi-certitude.

90' - match over. Standard wins 1-0 ("without brilliance" according to the matchtracker) and moves back a point ahead of Anderlecht into first place.

    Remaining games:

4/22 - 2nd place Anderlecht hosts leaders Standard (I believe Gooch is suspended for this one, but if someone knows for certain, please chime in)

4/30 10th place Roeselaere hosts Standard, 4th place (and still fighting for a UEFA spot) Gent hosts Anderlecht

5/6 Standard hosts Gent, Anderlecht hosts 6th place Zulte-Waregem

    End of regular season
