To be fair, we''re just pointing out problems as they occur. If we vent a bit its because we expect the site to work as well as before the "upgrade". I just renewed despite these constant problems so a vent or two seems fair to me.

I had a weird new problem earlier this afternoon. I'd open additional browsers windows by selecting a link and clicking "open in new window". The weird thing was that the new window would open without me signed in so I'd have the little login area at the upper rigtht and ads. Didn't happen when I just clicked on a link within a single window. Another server/load issue?

Venting is perfectly acceptable - i just want people looking for an update to have it ez to find!

Sounds like a DNS issue...you were probably bouncing around the servers.

I think talking about "venting" is really rather condescending to your customers.

You start a thread asking people to describe their problems, they do so and at the same time they express their frustration with the seemingly endless problems and you more or less call them whiners.

I've been in business for many years and I doubt I'd ever get the nerve to tell my customers that I'm going to just let them "vent" because they think what I sell them isn't working right.

    That's really piss-poor.

Go down to the bottom of the page and find the blue bar. See where it says "Chicago Fire" ??? Click on that and select BigSoccer.

It should go back to normal.

No, it just means you'll have to log in the first time after you clear them.

And there is a link on the login screen that says "forgot your pwd...?"
