And probably aren't hiring a GM - we'll let the guys who are already in the FO take of it. To paraphrase Forrest Gump "Cheap is as cheap does, my Mama always says"

Belichick pointed out how the Pats were something like 27th in spending, while Kraft says that Bill always had what he asked for. Hmm, sounds very much like Steve Nicol talking about a list of players ...

While I'm a fan of Nyassi, you were certainly right that Gavin could progress more. All the way to assistant coach!

Just tryina keep my "shitpost" out of the way :) Saw Casual Fan post about BS on Twitter and was genuinely shocked this site was still around.

Twitter was a shitshow before I doubled down on it. I miss actual reasonable discussions where I can learn something sometimes!

#NERevs is honestly one of the worst places on the internet.

I echo this sentiment. I've enjoyed being on here, good place to discuss tactics and have actually conversations.

That sounds kind of funny, remember how things were back a ways.

It's definitely a lot more reasonable now. Frustration with Revs' management has united BS members!

Yep. But I do notice other teams have a lot less supporter's activity in Big Soccer than Rev's supporters do.

That's because most of us have been on here since it was a 10-team league, longer than those other teams have existed.

The KADs and the NNNs lol. I've never agreed with the Kool Aid Drinkers. But I don't think even the worst of us nattering nabobs of negativity expected this in our wildest dreams. I was excited when they announced a stadium in 18-24 months. But I had just graduated high school the first time I heard it and now I'm gonna be 35. It's been a long road.

The special talent of the Revs seems to be to get as close as possible to the brink of glory - only to find some new/agonizing way to fall short.

Last season wasn't quite the brink, but the creative way that everything imploded just adds to the legacy of painful failure.
