They don’t match the names on ticket and hayya card. If you don’t have any other tickets on the account, just give the login details of that account to the buyer. If you have other match tickets, then create another account (say B) and send ALL guest tickets of all matches to the new account B leaving a bunch of main account (non transferable) tickets. Find a trustworthy buyer on (members on this forum are a fair bet) and let him/her use the account during the match. Return the tickets from account B and you are good to go for your next matches. I have done both and all went smooth.

Forgot to mention, anyone with hayya card can go along with you if the tickets are for the same gate. In that case, you don’t have to deal with any transfers. If the gates are different, it’s best to transfer the tickets or accounts to the other person. Don’t use the same phone for multiple gates, you would be asking for trouble. If you guys are friends, one person can login and load tickets in his/her phone and enter the stadium and logout of the app. Then you can login and load tickets on your phone and use other tickets to enter the stadium. Hope you get the idea. Just need the ticket at the checkpoint - doesn’t matter how you got it on your phone! The staff are looking for a green flash and beep when they scan your hayya and ticket. No checking of any details unless maybe you look suspicious or something!! Their goal is to facilitate spectator entry with maximum throughput and it’s all just beep beep move - like peak hour metro station. Not at all like an immigration counter that people imagine it to be.
