Hi guys... well, currently I am working in Dubai, UAE. However, I am eager to come back to Riyadh, KSA. So, do any of you guys have an idea that which job website should I apply at to find a job in KSA.
Hi guys. Today, I gave my 2nd Road Test in Emirates Driving Institute in Dubai, UAE, and again, I could not pass the test as there was only one mistake as the RTA's official told me so. I just wanted to point out that once you fail the first road test, you have to wait for atleast 22 days for the beginning of your 8 classes. Once you finish your last class out of 8 then again, you have to wait for atleast 1.5 or 2 months for the road test and by this time you don't feel that you are in practice and eventually you fail the test by only going through a try of 5 to 10 minutes. So, is there any solution for this? I was driving very well but the RTA Official failed me for only making one error which was not that dangerous. I don't know what to do next but still, as I need the driving licence so, I am taking 8 classes again and will be attempting the road test for the 3rd time which I don't know after how many months that will be. (I sure hope that I get the licence in this 3rd attempt). Do pray guys.
I spend my summers in riyadh with my family....hammads experience reminded me of my ordeal in the dallah driving school.after taking lessons for 3 weeks straight which was tough given i had school work to deal with, they failed me for not checking "the blind spot".one stupid "mistake".they gave me another 3 weeks and i had to pay another 100 sr,but unlike in the uae i did the test right away.lol anybody else have dalla stories to share? best of luck hammad
It cost me 3750 AED from registration till the first attempt of the Road Test which I couldn't clear. Afterwards, I paid AED 55 for 8 classes each and AED 80 for the 2nd Road Test fees. After failing this 2nd Road test, I just gave AED 65 per class yesterday for 8 classes (as they have increased the fees) and the road test fees will be the same i.e., AED 80. I am not an immature driver, I am driving for the last 6 years before coming to UAE but, I don't know why this is happening. All my driving instructors are saying that my driving is O.K. and I should be given the licence by RTA but I don't know why they keep on failing candidates for little or no reasons.
Same here Hammad, I registered in EDI, and I'm on my 6th lesson. I paid 3090 so far, and I know that Im going to pay a loooooooooot more until I get it.
Hmm... are u in 40 classes or 20 classes? And is this your first attempt? You are on Sharjah Visa or Dubai Visa?
It Must be hard for both of you guys. I didn't know that it's hard and costly to get driving licence from U.A.E.
It's very tough & da_n hard. You spend so much but your Road Test date comes after at least 1 month in which you usually become out of practice and forget many things. Also, the RTA officials look forward to fail you on slightest error.
