I still don't understand what the reason behind Kim Nam-il's exclusion from the NT is. He's still a top-notch player on both ends and is clearly head and shoulders above most CMF's we have right now. When a player of his caliber who was the captain of the team gets dropped from the team out of nowhere, there has got to be some kind of an explanation behind it, but so far, I haven't heard anything.

And I always get a good laugh when I hear people say he's not the same player he was a few years ago. He had ONE bad game against North Korea in the first round of the qualifications. Go back to some of our games during the preliminary rounds and try counting how many times the man saved Huh Jung-moo's ass.

The cross for the second goal was world class. But I don't think he knew what was going on with the third goal. No surprise here.

I was more impressed by the strike at the end of the cross. That was an awesome volley. On the third goal, I find it funny that one gets credited with an assist, simply by being the last person to touch the ball before the goal scorer, when the goal scorer does all the work, dribbling around the defender. So, presumably, someone got an assist on that "greatest goal" by Maradona, against England?

soccer and pr0n. whatelse is there in life besides food? If Elliad wouldn't get on my case about it, I would have started a pr0n thread on the Korea NSR section years ago.

Interesting news. This seems to follow the trend of the four or five other U-17 players who are at German clubs. These were the other three that I could think of but I know there are one or two more:

    MF Kim Dae-Kwang - Nurnberg
    FW Son Heung-Min - Hamburg
    MF Lee Chang - Nurnberg

this could be good for him, I giss...
In the United States, noone would recognize him, so he will be able to live his life free of media scrutiny... that might be good for him...
