Well, 2 of the yellows were ok. The last one on Yoshida not really. But otherwise they were ok. Best half by Japan this WC for me. Of course they almost never see the ball, but that's Spain, that really could be expected, endlessly chasing it without ever seeing it. What Spain is doing is what Moriyasu is trying to do. Getting the goal so early of course sucks, but well, again, it's Spain. At least Japan had 2 or so chances, light ones. And Maeda almost got Simon once. The pressing works better than against Germany, and when they get the ball they at least try something. Problem is still how fast the opponents pressing leads to ball losses. Nagatomo out. Bah.
