How did I miuss some of the development Obetz has done down there? Shaping up to be a pretty nice facility. https://goo.gl/maps/Eru5hjqSZeESsXnn9
Add in Crew training fields and this complex could easily host nice sized soccer tournaments. not sure it is completely built out yet though. Google maps looks like only fields 4,5,& 6 are in with 1, 2,& 3 graded but no grass.
And it comes with alcohol too. I'm sure @Bill Archer and other refs are going to be excited to ref games with a bunch of boozed up suburban parents on the sidelines
Whoa, according to Google Maps, they are hosting midget races there. Where can I find a schedule to see the little people running around a track?
Midget Sprint Cars...but your event would probably draw better than the Fashion Meets Music Festival that blowhard failure Bret Adams runs down there.
I thought that thing failed a year or two after moving. The website still says "See you again in 2018" with the 2017 lineup prominently featured. Not that it was ever destined for success after they got R. Kelly at the first or second one...and we know where his videos premier.
Absolutely. A dream come true. People who have decided you have disrespected their precious child all liquored up. That always ends well

This thread is kind of confusing with the roster thread basically they are the same thing imjs Porque ???????
I think your player speculation and acquisition stuff is supposed to go in the roster thread, and this thread is for other off-season info and developments.
Yeah, I think part of Nike Cup will be there in April/May. Problem with the site is that they don't own soccer goals. It's more of a lax facility.
Hard to separate but this is a coaching change , still think there should be one thread. https://www.dispatch.com/sports/20191030/goalkeeper-coach-matt-reis-no-longer-with-columbus-crew
More turnover in #BlueJays high-performance department as assistant director Clive Brewer leaves for MLS side in Columbus ... https://t.co/JFE8myFmsm— Shi Davidi (@ShiDavidi) October 31, 2019
So, looking at the blue jays front office directory, the High Performance dept covers a pretty wide area. you have strength and conditioning, nutrition, medical and mental providers. https://www.mlb.com/bluejays/team/front-office-directory

Thank you. #Crew96 🖤💛A new chapter begins... pic.twitter.com/4nNc9K8jKF— Arica Kress (@AricaKress) December 16, 2019 Shit. Huge loss.
I'm a little confused, and troubled, by the way her thank you note ends. Sounds like she's leaving without something else concrete lined up. Just sounds odd. I would damned well expect an announcement from the club. You don't say goodbye to a 14 year employee who stuck with the organization throughout the darkest chapter in its history by simply updating the staff directory (which, by the way, hasn't happened yet; I checked).
I know you're joking, but I recently found out midget wrestling is an actual event which occasionally takes place in Ohio. Yes, there's plenty of video online. And yes, it's like the WWE/WCW/NWO type and not the Olympic type.
