Off Season Individual Player Improvment Plan

    Some of these players might stay or might leave the Crew, but here are the areas that I see if they improve during the off season, they will become better players.

    - Brian West. He needs to be a better finisher. I recommend him to see Sojars (sp? the Man U forward who is injured right now. He is just a great finisher.)

    - Cunnigham. He is a finess dribler as oppose to power dribler. After faking the opponents successfully, he just stands there waiting for the opponents to recover themself.He needs to add the element of "power dribble". See Ronaldo as an example. He is such a powerful dribble of the ball. When he gets pass the opponents, he is gone. He does not wait around like Cunningham. Add that burst of speed and power, and you will be great - Cunningham.

    - Hejduk. Crossing, crossing, and crossing.


    - McBride I think the major weakness of Mcbride is the ability to take opponent one on one.
