Tough luck for Samoa to lose on penalties... I would argue that they had a much better tournament overall than Solomon Islands did. Thankfully, the 3rd place match has no further significance outside of this tournament. Not surprising the final was close but ultimately went to PNG. Last tournament's schooling by FIJ was the exception that broke the rule.
Wow, looks like Fiji gave their everything to try to equalize that game and it's a shame that tehy took the second goal from a glaring GK's mistake. On the other hand, PNG looked like the more solid and deserving team, with the most clear chances beyond the goals.
