Re: New Jersey Thread What's with the gradients? I thought those went out in the mid 90s. I haven't seen sky blue since the days of Puebla. I liked it then, I still like it now.
Re: New Jersey Thread that's what I really don't like about our league the uniforms have to many sponsors. They look better without them but hey, business is business
Re: New Jersey Thread yeah, why is it "the Garden State??????" i should read a book ... oh yeah and the baby blue: NO! it looks pretty gay...
Re: New Jersey Thread I'm sure Cruz Azul will get a new one this year too. They have had the current one a while
Re: New Jersey Thread Pretty much all the teams would change jersey for this tournament, I heard that one of the most notorious changes would be for Tigres who's supposed to become an adidas team for the next season.
Re: New Jersey Thread Hey, can MLS borrow a sponser or two? Aside from the sponsers, the designs look real nice. The MFL always comes up with interesting designs. I always liked the '99 Pumas shirt.
Re: New Jersey Thread Yeah, Pumas has always had some classy looking uniforms. I just wish they would remove the huge Banamex logo on the chest. As for Tigres and Adidas, I predict it will be one of 3-4 templates that they have given out throughout the MLS. Adidas used to be cool in my eyes, but lately they're uniforms have been plain.
Re: New Jersey Thread I'm in this prison you built for you In this situation I don't know what to do I'm in this prison you built for you In this situation I don't know what to do Can't make a connection get a reaction There's this wall and I can't get through You're dying some guilt with no words What did I say what did I do Youth hostels I lodged Kept seeing you as a mirage Flashes of you were everywhere Hoboken, New Jersey
Re: New Jersey Thread I was wondering why you would be talking about the Garden State in the Mexico forum. They grow alot of vegetables there, especially the southern part of the state: cranberries, blueberries, tomatoes, corn, etc.
Re: New Jersey Thread Yes i can concur with dingleberry over there, i live in new jersey and recently moved to the actual garden state part of NJ... yea, it's pretty country anyways.... anyone have info on a new Atlante uniform?
Re: New Jersey Thread i really cant understan why sponsors have to choose the worst design to put on a jersey, that is just gonna stop people from buying them, thats what bimbo did for america's jersey, does anyone think the same?
Re: New Jersey Thread For a moment I thought this was a thread about New Jersey, the state. Since some of you have already brought it up, yeah--it's the stinkhole of the USA. Filthy, rancid, butt-ugly.... just like the people that live there. Oh, and for the record, I don't see what the big deal is about sponsors on jerseys. Have to pay the bills, you know.
Re: New Jersey Thread Too many sponsors make the jersey look unattractive to purchase. Dorados jersey was awful, I just think the cleaner the better. Atletica Brand jerseys are the of worst they look to cheap. I am glad Tigres switched to Adidas. Hopefully, Santos, Necaxa, San Luis, Chiapas, Toluca, and Monterrey can swich to Nike, Adidas, Joma, Umbro, or Kappa. San Luis Jersey was too plain last season hopefully they can go back to the gold and blue vertical stripes next year.
Re: New Jersey Thread Yeah that was pretty bad. Hella people didnt buy that jersey because of the ugly Bimbo ad.
Re: New Jersey Thread The new team that acends into first division always has a lot a ads on their kits. All things considered I think Dorados did a good job compareed to most teams that first move up.
Re: New Jersey Thread Can some mod change the title of this thread since the bring up of New Jersey thing is getting old.
Re: New Jersey Thread Perhaps. New Club Jerseys I like the Tigres one, but it kinds looks like Club America a little.
