    Probable lineup for this game:

    Buffon
    Birindelli
    Thuram
    Cannavaro
    Zambrotta
    Camoranesi
    Emerson
    Blasi
    Nedved
    Del Piero
    Ibrahimovic

This is an important game to get back on track. Going up against Miccoli and Maresca makes it doubly interesting. I'm looking forward to enjoying it on Gol TV this afternoon.

Fiorentina are a BORING team, all they're doing is sitting back and defending. This is catenaccio at its worst.

Well that's all she wrote. Juve win 1-0 and maintain their lead in Serie A comfortably.

I don't mean to be picky, but the goal was scored in the 72nd minute of the game which would be the 27th minute of the second half.

Juventus was a little bit lucky no PK was called in the dying seconds when Thuram brought down Fantini as he broke in all alone on Buffon. But I guess that helps make up for the non-handball call vs Reggina on Saturday. ;)
