I've ran this a few times for various playoffs, so here goes for the NFL playoffs. Simple rules: Choose your champion and runner-up. When someone chooses a combination, no one else can choose it. (So this is more of a "draft" system then a "poll" system.) If your choice gets eliminated (i.e. one of your selected teams lose), you can get another selection starting the Monday after that playoff weekend. The game is open until all available selections are taken (i.e. selections do not have to be in by a certain time). Rest we play by ear, i.e., if there are a good number of open selections, we would let players choose a second pick. (But in no case does a player get three choices.)
