Chill Mo! A sit-down with Sam (Mitchell, Raptor's coach) might do you good. He's turned himself into a pretty good coach after her learned to keep himself under control. There is a time to reem out your players, and a time to build them up- under the eyes of the media is usually time for the latter. Keep the former to the practice pitch and the locker room.
Then again i'm glad he isn't being a push over like Lenny Wilkins was with the Raptors.... =D I hope he doesn't piss off the players though, last thing we need is more players wanting out and the rep of playing for TFC as being compared to a sweatshop or hell...
