After a little bit of research it seems BeinSport is the one who covers Ligue 2 this season. My French isnt that good, but do they send matches on their website, or only via cable or satellite dish? And is it possible to get those channels outside of France? Edit: Is it only a Multicast with all matches covered simultaneously they got? Thanks in advance.
