Started Amazing, Ended Amazing... The middle... not so much.

Good to see Joey not kill anybody. Even better seeing DeJong, whom without him our side is just not ready to perform anything that looks like defence.

Doing the double over the best newcastle team i've seen in years is nothing to sneeze at!

Tevez involved in all three goals. The assist in the first goal and scoring the next 3.

I hope he changes his mind about leaving after this season. We're looking very competitive to finish top 3 as well as to have a good run at the Europa knockout stages.

The rags have two games at hand on us, but one of them is against Chelsea. Tomorrow Chelsea plays Arsenal, and a draw in that one favors us. We still got the Spurs on our tail. So, a long way to go but a lot better than this time last season.

As for New Castle, a respectable team and fan base. Two seasons ago, this team was making splashes in the media for all the wrong reasons and was relegated. Last season, stormed the League Championships. St. James Park was still averaging around 85 to 90 percent capacity. Very loyal fans to say the least, a reason that it bounced right back at the Premier League.

Fullham is desperately trying to stay in the EPL this year. I guess Hughes is not doing too well.

As for New Castle fans. You gotta give it too them for sticking with their team throughout relegation.

this a very simple situation that the arse and the rags fans could never deal with, they'd have long bought their chelsea kits by then
