I wasn't able to make it to 810 Zone yet for a watch party, but I've been in there before and it is friendly enough to take a kid to.

Thanks for the input guys. I'll call both and see wich is most receptive to having kids in the place.

Receptive or not, my girls will be with me at 810 for the game. They often came with me to Coach's. fyi, they are 11 & 13.

    I can't imagine there'd be any problem.
Not like 810zone is a drunkfest or a rowdy bar. It's just a sports themed restaurant. And there were a few kids there for the KC-Quakamos game.

Right, I don't expect there to be any problem at all. It's a "family" sports bar/restaurant, not some dank hole in the wall.

And, it is in the heart of Leawood :D

We'll probably be going to Coach's. I've appreciated their support and willingness to accomodate the showing of Wizards' games all this time. We never noticed any problems with service --maybe too involved in the game or talking with others -- or because we order food.

Just so everyone remembers, this game starts at 6, not 7 or 7:30.

It actually starts at 6:30 right? I'm still planning on showing up at the 810 Zone by or before 6 pm to try to find space though.

I swear mlsnet.com said 7pm ET on there yesterday. It took me by surprise as I was expecting something later.

Not that factual errors are an oddity on that site.

So, how crowded was it lat time at 810 Zone? How early would everyone suggest getting there to get a decent table?
