Wow! I have no problem with the current stadium. But it's hard to stand in the way of that... I just don't see why the stadium needs so much open space around it. This'll be interesting.
That new stadium really does look like a Jewel. Its a great thing for Palermo and Italian futbol in general. Hope more teams follow suit.

you have to understand that the renzo barbera is a stadium that palermo shares with the surrounding community. having their own stadium, stadio di palermo will be amazing. and in the near future the province will build around that stadium
It woln't be called Stadio Di Palermo most likely. They will sell the naming rights to make cash Good for them.
