like they were correct about Batistuta or Rivaldo?

I think Blanco will end up ince Lapuente has said that they would love to have him back, BUT thats about it.

Blanco said that his agent is handling the case and that he is not fully informed yet.

UNTIL the official spokesman from America says something, its all speculation.

Every off season, a million rumors fly with America.

i remember a couple seasons back when we had all of our foreigner slots filled with signed contracts, and rumors were still flying that more were to come and join the team (As if they were going to play with an extra one)

Or what about the "rumor" about Hugo's wife searching for schools. HMMMM I asked my self, "Since when do 2 year old twins start school?"

I read something on esmas about Temoc coming back, and it now seems as a true possibility.
Is America considering the Missionary or Franky as well?

I guess Ederson Fofonka from Tecos is going to be loaned back to Iraklis due to Morales joining them....
If Fofonka is loaned out then, that sucks, Fofonka could have done more in Tecos but Uribe didn't give him the chance nor did Guzman....

That's one of the richest countries in the world. There are huge natural gas reserves just off their coast, so they can afford just about anything they want. They also tried to buy some brazilian for their national team a few months back, not sure how that turned out though.

The league pays a lot of loot...comparable to the mexican or euros...but top salaries, like batistutas are probably more....

fifa said no about buying brazilians for the nat'l team

They tried to get Ailton to get a Qatari passport and play for their national side but FIFA blocked it by changing the rules to say that to play for a national side you have to have:
    1-been born on the country
2-been born of parents from that country
3-have grandparents born in that country
4- have lived 3 years in that country

since neither applied to ailton and since he wasnt about to leave for qatar for 3 years during his prime, it all feel through, its a shame great players like Ailton will never get a chance to play international football siomply b/c hes from brazil and is not one of the football godshad he been born anywhere else he would be huge i believe...

by the way this Ailton is the one that plays in Bayern Munich i think (or some german club) not UNAM
