I saw the new Puma King SL! Unfortunately I couldn't take any pictures because there was a Puma salesrep standing next to it... But I'll share the details: - The sample colourway was white-gray with Turqouis/Blue details - The SG sole looks ugly and cheap but has clip-in exchangable plastic Studs - Assymetrical hidden loop lacing - A big embroided Puma on the inside - B-grade K-Leather, not as nice as Adidas boots - A nice elastic across the throatopening to hold the tongue down In general the boot was okay but definitely outclassed by puma's fashionshoes. I think they put their worst or most-inexperienced designers on soccerboots...
I dont really care how the KSL looks.As long as its comfy and nice to play in ill buy it. DId you see the new shudoh or icana?
I've had loads of pairs of puma kings, but recently I've stuck to vapors and preds. KSL's I've only ever had in astros, but I like the sound of the puma on the side. I know what you mean about bad designers on boots up against there trainers, htafc. Where did you see the boots?
I've got the spring and fall '05 Puma catalogs. The boot is called the Puma King Exec i. The catalog shows the white colorway and a traditional black/white colorway........I could only find pics of the youth version online..Look under outdoor shoes, then Puma.....they also have a pic of the new white/silver/red colorway of the cellerator zero. www.soccerdepot.com
