46 entries have been culled down to 11.

Is it just me or do some of them look really bland? I like Hadid's as it has some form and shape to it- but it has no roof which may put it to some disadvantage compared to the others?

    You found the entries bland?

I guess I like the Cox entry the best from the aerial view. I'm guessing the two semi circles would close? The design specs call for an "operable" roof. Does that mean the roof has to be able to close?

I did say some, not all. :p The interiors of Cox's one didn't do anything for it, though. ;)

At one point I loved symmetry and simplicity, but now I just find that boring. :D

My tastes have changed, and now I'm big on forms and shapes. No. 33 Ito's one just seems very boring to me.

    Amazing stadiums in all fairness.

You only have to look at stadiums built in the last 20 years such as Hampden to appreciate blandness.
