    Oh Jesus Christ.

Tommy. You've seen me before. Tell me if there's any chance in hell somebody like me could ever wear a jersey like that.

My God. Are those THUMB HOLES? DO YOU PUT YOUR THUMB THROUGH THE JERSEY?

I guess i better get in the weight room if I am going to be able to wear one of those jerseys....the skin tight thing doesn't really work for guys like me with the skinny tooth pick frame.

And if those really are thumb holes...well...not sure I like that.

If I wore one of those things I'd look like a keg with pantyhose stretched over it.

Bahhhh. Why can't we get Nike or something.

Mr. Bee, maybe we should just stick to Fulham T-shirts.

Sounds like both of us would have trouble sporting the new Airness Unis.

Nah, I'll still rock out in my Adidas Fulham kit - even if it is, bah, Pizza Hut as the sponsor.

Airness is a French company that is relatively new in the last few seasons. They make the kits of some of the French Ligue A teams like Nantes. Additionally, I know they made the Democratic Republic of Congo's kits at the latest Cup of African Nations in January.

Mr. Bee and all others worried about how you look in the kits, wait until you see a few people wearing the kits before rushing to judgement. The pictures that are out there seem to look like they skin tight shirts, but I do not think that is neccesarily the case. We will see though for sure when they come out in late June. I will definitely be getting one of the long sleeve ones.

Don't you fellas worry...the club have said that they will be offering both the 'fitted' kit as well as a regular straight cut for those under or over sized guys.

Thus, no need to worry about looking like a tooth pick or a keg with pantyhose. Although I think Bee came up with atleast two top quotes in this thread alone.

My disdain for anything French is really going to play a role in whether or not I get this kit when it becomes available. I think i'll just wear last years...

Bee, if those are indeed thumb holes... that puts the proverbial nail in the coffin of whether or not I will buy it.

Let me also use this post to explain how awkward it is to agree with you on the Fulham board, while I verbally abuse you on the NYRB board. I equate it to liking Landon Donovan in red, white and blue... but loathing him in green and gold.

Completely understandable, I feel the same way against that scum Ben Olsen.

Of course here, I'm obligated to be nice to you (I think that's in the Mod TOS). Then again, I'm always nice to FFC fans :)

(silence as my head drops on my keyboard)

If they are gonna wear those skin tight jerseys with thumb holes, they might as well wear black tights, not shorts, to complete the ensemble.

I wonder what the players really think about this mess.

Lets be fair to Fulham here. They realized that was the gayest picture they could've ever put out thus they removed it from the website...but not soon enough!!! Here is a better picture and no worries, the short sleeved version is probably going to look much better.

As mentioned in a previous post, Fulham will be selling both the fitted and unfitted versions to the fans...PHEW!

There cannot be one single practical application of thumbholes
