Seems like the AEG front office should all be reading Jim Collins' "Good to Great" (http://http://www.jimcollins.com/) Seems like the leadership is far from a level 5 at times. Most certainly there are some of the wrong people on the bus.
It's only true to an extent. It's all in the head. If you don't have a winning mentality, you will never win. Face it, we suck all season long, not just lately. If you tell them that it's the schedules, the travel, the...whatever, they will believe it. It's all in the head. My brother-in-law is already 38 years old and on some weekends, he plays two league games (soccer) in one same day. And he sells cars for a living. I bet you he plays better and has more heart than most guys on our LA team.
