Well this sucks. Now I have less interest in the local team. I hoped things would have panned out for nery, but oh well. Good luck hopefully he gets his A game back.
Who is Nery? Hopefully they don't have "The Google" or any of the internets where he's going, maybe all they remember is the Olympiacos Nery days. peace /p
I am for whatever can get Nery motivated to attain decent levels of play. If playing in Greece can achieve that for him, then I hope it works out for him. Good luck on your new adventure, Nery.
I wish this guy the best, it would be great to have him on the NT at the top of his game again. What's up with him not being fit? Want that was he was trying to do throughout his time in chicago?
Nery's gonna make a comeback... I've been saying this since forever... and I plan to stick with it. I'm going down with this ship baby! He will score another goal on Brazil like he did in '07... (note: there might be some sarcasm in there((particularly the part of the Brazil goal)), but for the most part I'm serious).
3rd time's the charm right? but in Nery's case it's like the 50th hopefullly things work out for him this time around seeing as he is back in all too familiar setting where he was at his best level
actually, i think Nery will succeed at Aris. i just saw right now that Pescadito Ruiz plays for them and is doing alright. if that tronco can do it, then i see no reason why Nery can do great as well. even on his worse days Nery is still a better player than el Flopadito Ruiz. the rise of the unibrow cometh!
6 months only? is there a possibility he could stay longer? ...also i wonder what that means for the NT...does that automatically put him on the radar again because of the classic "omg hes in europe" sentiment we seem to have....hmmmm well see i guess. either way, i wish that guy the best and hopefully he finally grows up there and acts like an adult..
I hate tio say it, but el Fish did ok at the MLS while Nery didn't. Also, he did ok at Puebla (nothing spectacular, mind you) but yet, players from the Mexican League can't cut it at the MLS.
