This is our new offical spot for major USMNT games. The owner is really chasing the soccer crowd, he wants to make it the Chulas of the SW haha Big ass 22oz Import drafts (Guinness included) for $5. They will have the sound on for the match and the area (Sports lounge) will be private for us,no stippers unless asked to be in with us so no one can cry about distractions! Free to get in if you wear USA! El Tri fans will not be let in! hahaha They also want Dynamo fans to come out for away matches, just wear your Dynamo gear and get in free. Men bring your girlfriends if you can't break the shackles, I know a few women that airn't prude will be in attendance. SO every USA fan is welcome, that's if your of age!
Just don't go ape shit if the Mexicans score or we might start "Skeet Skeet Skeeting" aka Dirty Yanking all over you! bwahaha j/k
I don't know how worked up I can get for an exhibition, even if it is on the road. I'll watch, but likely at home. I am planning for the inevitable trip to Azteca this qualifying cycle though.
Uhhhh....I know it's an exhibition...but.... it's Azteca..... it's USA vs Mexico..... it's for a chance at unlikely glory. I know we lost, but tell me you didn't nut when Davies put us up 1-0 in that game.
Why would I want to celebrate the end of a hump day with a few beers, watching association football while half naked hotties dance a few feet away? This watch party is gonna suck.
hey that's lucy pinder on the flyer. and she's english (oh and very hot, check egotastic.com or nuts mag) #adfail #USA
Yeah I was wanting Aria Giovanni ,she's a all American mutt just like most of us Dirty Yanks! Come out Tony, I'm working on getting KMFG out too.
I can't wait for the U.S. to win and then Orazco Fiscal and Castillo can celebrate with the U.S. & Mexican flags after the game!!!!
Very interesting roster, indeed. Some of these guys may have the experience of their soccer careers, although I hope that Klinsmann has a long-term plan here. I suspect the idea is to allow some less experienced players to see what that atmosphere and pressure is like -- and see who can handle it. But I just have a hard time seeing many of these guys in serious WCQs or in 2014.
Demarcus Beasely is the most interesting to me. I can't see him being around in 2014 in the final 23. I'm glad to see him still recognized though. Perhaps he can help the uninitiated with playing in high pressure matches. Klinnsman has made some interesting comment about Shea's call-up: http://www.mlssoccer.com/news/article/2012/08/12/klinsmann-calls-shea-after-emotional-roller-coaster
You figure the DMB call up is to have him and good friend Donovan provide a sense of leadership to the majority rest that have very little idea of what they are about to step into. Or perhaps to have them urinate on the field one last time down there! Hardy-har-har!
