I love NBCSN showing a bunch of 2013-14 games as a buildup to the new season, but why in the world do they never have the specific game information in the listings? Even the crap networks are able to provide that stuff.

Watching Man Utd-Swansea, it seems like the audio is a split second ahead of the video, as the announcers are describing things literally as they are happening.
At least the Android App is working properly this season though. Last year there was a green line on the bottom of the screen that was really annoying.
NBC Sports Groups - Premier League - 2014-2015 Season Kickoff Notes & Quotes - Saturday, August 16. Rebecca Lowe - Opening Day - “Today is the day where each and every football fan is filled with that yearly sense of hope.” Robbie Earle - New Manchester United Manager Louis van Gaal - “He’s going to be a story for the whole season.” (mod note) Edit: Third Quote Spoiler: Man Utd vs Swansea -- Foz Spoiler (Move your mouse to the spoiler area to reveal the content) Show Spoiler Hide Spoiler Robbie Mustoe - Spoiler (Move your mouse to the spoiler area to reveal the content) Show Spoiler Hide Spoiler Manchester United - “It looks like their players are so thoughtful, so concentrated on their positions in this new system. They have almost forgotten to go out there and play.” http://nbcsportsgrouppressbox.com/2...r-league-2014-15-season-kickoff-notes-quotes/
I've watched the matches so it's not a big deal for me today, but these notes and quotes are spoilers and have nothing to do with actual TV coverage.
Opps! Sorry about posting a spoiler which the third quote refers to one - the other two quotes don't. Also I should have posted a warning before posting the link to the press release - which has alot of other quotes that are spoilers. Will try to not have this happen again. Usually I'm pretty good at not spoiling, waiting at least two days before posting spoiler info. And if I must post the info the next day, I don't include the spoiler info from the "preview" thats posted here. I also give a warning that the link I post contains spoiler info. Sometimes I don't even post the link because it has a spoiler in it and thus I just tell you the rest of the article is located on the website. If a mod could edit the post by deleting the quotes - at least the third one - and just include the heading/link and a warning that the link includes spoilers - I would be grateful. Have nothing to do with actual TV coverage? Well the quotes were said during NBCSNs coverage of opening day and this looks to be the EPL on NBCSN coverage thread for this season so thats why I posted it here.
Was the case in other weekend games as well. Every network seems to have issues with audio syncing from overseas at some point. I'm surprised that the process hasn't been perfected yet. Happens with Arlo games and IMG ones as well. NBC seems to get a hold of it as the half goes on as far as commentators, but then the action sounds are sometimes still out of whack. Does my head in.
The audio was quite fine during the Arsenal match. There was some funny moment when a Fan close by had some salty language and then must have realized he was too close to the broadcast booth when he swore. Went on to say something like "Ah they are Americans they have heard worse" or something to that effect.
The audio/video sync on Burnley-Chelsea today is the worst of the weekend, the audio is about a full second behind the video (better than the other way around at least).

Watching Palace - West Ham live in a movie theater. Our access to English football continues to amaze me.

For those of us with Dish... ... Dish OnDemand has Ted Lasso Features, Premier League World, Premier League Goal Zones, Premier League Match days, along with Man U - Swansea & New Castle-Citeh (full matches) available to download. All available HD in and SD which is an upgrade over last season. Still would have liked to have seen more matches though since Dish still does not have Extra Time but maybe in the future that will change.
The sync was bad for every game that I watched this weekend but the Burnley game was clearly the worst.
