What a joke, UEFA has decided that they will NOT Relegate any teams as they feel 4 groups of 4 are better (Except for League D which will only have 2 groups 1 of 4 and 1 of 3) I wonder why? Oh, thats right, because Germany was relegated and they cannot have that. Honestly the fact that a big team was going to be relegated made the first Nations League intriguing but now we know that this isn't about sport and if Germany or England are relegated next year that UEFA will move to groups of 5. This is also known as the Benfica effect as it is known the Portuguese Liga in the unlikely event Benfica finishes last will increase the teams the following year and instead of promoting the . next best team will allow Benfica to stay.
Yeah it’s stupid. Hopefully if we don’t win, Germany wins. If they do it will suddenly become a prestigious trophy in the eyes of the public and UEFA, and it will make our 2019 win look impressive.
