3pm us east at Braga. We need a point to avoid tie breakers.

Just way too many chances being given here.

Good enough. Draw is on the 18th. At least three Italian teams in the 16.

Overall did what we had to do. Let's see who we draw in the R16, the only team I'd hate to play is Man City.

Natan played well, Kvara did not. They got the result.

What's the next step for Kvara? He keeps going at two or three guys with his dribble and getting tossed. He has to know it's not working.

^ We need to give him more support and more freedom to play across the front.

Napoli vs Barcelona! What do you think guys? I say 50-50. This Barcelona side is a shadow of the days of MSN, and I think they’re just above average.

Barca fans are not happy with the draw lol. It's going to be some good games with 2 terrible defenses and 2 great attacks. I predict 6-8 goals

Neither team as good as last season but the little that I see from Barca they are still behind Xavi and each other.

Get past the badge and it is more doable. More, depends which version of Napoli show up.

So far this season Napoli have failed hurdles against bigs: Inter (although kudos on your approach), Milan, Madrid, and if you want to add Juve to this even if they don't deserve it.

Napoli needs a scalp of a big team. No reason why it can't be Barca.

Xavi not a great manager. Looks a bit lost.

Mazzarri though is not better. To be serious about UCL, we need a proper coach with European pedigree. Bless him, but not the right guy.

Benitez anyone? I wouldn't mind him until the end of the season and I can't see him lasting at Celta. Might be the right guy, could help us land a couple of decent pick ups for reasonable price in Jan.

    Stay with Mazzari.

Things could have been worse. Just a hypothetical of course but this could have happened (don't mind me, I got time to kill at work).

Osimhen goes to AFCON and Nigeria play Anguissa's Cameroon the Final on February 10. Napoli get the February 14 Matchday. Imagine Osimhen and Anguissa after having been away for a month have 4 days to travel back from Qatar and play in a UCL Match.

Napoli did well to get the February 21 Match.

As bad as Napoli did in the Coppa, their next opponents in the UCL really struggled to beat bottom-feeders Almeria today. Even took 2 goals from them. Always nice to see them eat shit.

Just figure it out in 2 Months and do the business against them.

Barca are crap this year, but Napoli aren't winning, even if Barca get the W through hook & crook.

We have a chance, but not with Mazzarri or whoever else is open for hire.

Disagree. Napoli have all it takes to beat them in both matches.

As horrible as Napoli played against Madrid, Barca were even worse in the recent Spanish Super Cup.
