Here's a handy mnemonic to remember the spelling. The "o" comes before the "u", just like in the word "collusion". (I copied / paraphrased from someone on twitter, but couldn't find the tweet just now.)
Agreed, if true. So far, all I've seen of that is speculation. Even so, that has got to make people nervous.
based on the amount of evidence the FBI has, there's no way that Manafort believes he could win a trial = pretty sure his not guilty is simply posturing as his lawyers and FBI hammer out a deal. FBI hoping he can bring in a big fish in the white house, Manafort hoping he can string it out so he can convicne the FBI he can pull in a big fish so he can sign his agreement.
Not vouching for this, just throwing it out there. 925103358817349633 is not a valid tweet id 925103995340783616 is not a valid tweet id
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...s-630pm:homepage/story&utm_term=.df2e84907378 That's a very smart analysis from the WaPo and questions about Papad. It's pretty blatant there was a lot of cooperation and collusion going on between the Trump campaign andf Russian intelligence. I would bet some pretty high level members of that campaign intentionally kept DJT in the dark about details. "Plausible Deniability"
@bballshawn let me lay out a pair of facts. Big Papa had a meeting in March on the topic of getting hacked emails. The first time the hacking was publicized was months later, in June. Do you still believe this investigation is a silly waste of time? Or is it worthy of pursuing fully?
The Manafort indictment isn't a big deal in itself - just a question of whether Manafort has any info on Trump or others. Biggest danger for Trump may be overreacting and shooting himself in the foot (or head).
I became really curious about Papadopoulos' involvement in all this so let my fingers do the walking around the interwebby thing. I dug this up and found a really interesting read. USDA: UNITED STATES DOUBLE AGENT STATEMENT OF CLIMATE HAWKS VOTE ON NEWS OF GEORGE PAPADOPOULOS’ SUPERVISOR UP FOR USDA APPOINTMENT CONTACT RL MILLER News reports indicate that Trump USDA chief scientist nominee Sam Clovis hired both Carter Page and George Papadopoulos for the Trump presidential campaign. Furthermore, Clovis acted as supervisor to George Papadopoulos and encouraged Papadopoulos to go to Moscow during the 2016 presidential campaign. Senate Agriculture Committee chair Pat Roberts of Kansas has set a nomination hearing date of November 9 for Clovis to be undersecretary of Agriculture for research, education and economics. Climate Hawks Vote president RL Miller states: “Clovis was a supervisor of Russian outreach at the Trump campaign and is now about to be rewarded with a USDA chief scientist appointment. What’s Clovis going to science at USDA, Russian caviar?” Clovis’ appointment hearing isNovember 9. He is not a scientist. He was, however, a co-chair of the Trump campaign, who hired Page and who supervised Papadopoulos. Papadopoulos has pled guilty to lying to the FBI. Climate Hawks Vote was one of the first organizations to call for blocking Clovis’ confirmation, and is part of a coalition that has collected over 400,000 signatures in opposition to the nomination.
Lol. I already know how to spell it, but we had a few Greeks in my school so it doesn't seem like a weird name. But I still managed to type it out wrong earlier. I blame autocorrect.
Yeah it is. Clinton paid god damn Russians for some fake dossier. She's the one who needs a good locking up
Apparently Sean Hannity referred to President Hillary Clinton tonight. When the party that governs doesn't want to govern.
Manafort's agreement is probably based on him wanting to go to a prison where he won't have to worry about getting his ass reamed every night. I say we should send him to Rahway or some other sodomite pleasure dome.
Manafort is almost a distraction. Everyone knows he's corrupt & indictable. Papa is the key so far. He tried to lie about Russian collusion and the feds had him nailed to a cross. 30 year old guy doesn't want to do much time if any.
