... Come on guignol, five minutes alone with Solo would be nothing less than mind blowing... You know I couldn't use the best suited Solo-effect money shot from that particular movie in here then, lol.
I know at least one poster who's going to be wetting herself with excitement: Drago Fischer to Wolfsburg!
Who knows? Wolfsburg haven't confirmed the deal at all yet, because Fischer is said to have signed a contract that runs from January. The rumour is that Wolfsburg are interested in her joining them from the start of the season (i.e. soon), but they'd have to buy her out of her contract with Linköping.
So most likely Linköping wan't a lot to let her go before october 20th (when their last competitive game for this year is) but would probably demand a lot less to let her go after that.
Danish news : Fortuna Hjorring has recruited four new players , Luna Gevitz u19 danish international form french club Montpellier , ukrainia goalkeeper Iryna Zvarich from Juvisy and two romanian players Laura Roxana Rus and Florentina Spanu .
The 21 y.o. italian player Martina Capelli (Reggiana, Serie C) next season will play for Herforder (2° Bundesliga). Here the news in her former club website (in italian): http://www.acreggianafemminile.it/martina-auf-widersehen/ Meanwhile, rumors saying NT defender Raffaella Manieri (ex-Torres) heading north Europe (Sweden or Germany)...
In case you missed it, pearl girl Isabell Bachor has transferred from Bayern Munich to LSK Kvinner in Norway.
Some news : Brazilian players Debora and Rosana join Avaldsnes in Norway , defender Fabiana leaves Rossiyanka and returns in Brazil at Sao José EC .
Oh this is interesting. Debora is a real talent, who got that shaft from Jorge and was left off the Olympic squad in 2012. I'm happy that the kid is getting her chance both with the national team and abroad. What do we know about Avaldsnes, as a club?
They recently lost Swedish forward Linnea Liljegard to Kristiandstad in Sweden (who needed her to replace Josefine Öqvist that they lost to Montpellier in France). Apart from that not much IIRC they had some players in Icelands WNT in the Euro2013 but none in the Norwegian WNT.
Can anybody be bothered playing the "OH MY! What a surprise!" game? Ali Krieger to Tyresö, according to the commentator for today's Tyresö v. Malmö match.
Looks like the italian NT forward Ilaria Mauro (ex-Tavagnacco) next season will play for SC Sand (2° Bundesliga), although the signing hasn't been officially confirmed yet...
Beneleague schedule, since I thought I had started a thread for this. I am intrigued. Well, there is a thread for it, and you've posted there a bit, though looks like ceezmad started it: https://www.bigsoccer.com/community/threads/bene-league.1944055/
Brazil, China, Mexico and New Zealand will be playing the Valais Women's Cup in Switzerland from 22-25 September. I only learned about this because I was reading an article about Wolfsburg's Kiwi Rebecca Smith, who is ending her career after a knee injury and an offer from FIFA to become Manager of Women’s Competitions.
Living the American dream . Is getting more and more popular for young european to leave the old continent to play "soccer" in Americans university and college . This year who left France are Aurelie Gagnet ( Kansas univ) , Sarah Huchet (Northwestern Ohio univ) ; Ophélie Brevet ( American international college ) ; Jessica Margaretta (American international college). Northwestern Ohio university has a squad composed by only europeans girls , even the coach is european only the assistant coach is american . http://www.unohracers.com/roster/11/20.php Meanwhile , Lianne Sanderson and Joanna Lohman join cypriot club Apollon Limassol to play the WCL , what a great story of friendship these two have .
Actually I think they are mainly going to get a college degree while keep playing Soccer at a good level. That is a bit harder in Europe since all the "real" soccer here is in the clubs so playing and College level studies probably causes more scheduling conflict than playing on a College team would.
