it was part of an april fools joke. it was originally published in various places that bigsoccer got sold to telemex for xxx$$$$. thats why all the ads were in spanish. and of course, people got pissed. and while the host of the site may be in the US, bigsoccer is very much a global website... have you ever ventured into any of the other soccer forums besides the USA/ RBNY ones? calling it an 'american' site doesnt really make too much sense to me.
