I hope so. That way they MIGHT delay it and we won't have missed much. But it doesn't look good if there putting this on. It's too bad I was starting to get into it and the crowd was great.

What do you think the real reason is? Weather or ABC technical problems? I live in northwest DC and at the moment it isn't raining at all here.
That doesn't really matter. It's not a question of whether or not there was bad weather. Didn't you hear the thunder and see the lightning?
Was it just the mics or did anyone else notice something that sounded curiously like canned cheering everytime the MLS All Stars got near the 18 yard box? I'm hoping it was the mics.
I don't know what happen they showing last year's game. I just call ABC and scream I didn't know they were in a rain delay. ABC number 1-212-456-7777. I hope they play the game.
Here's a question to ponder..... MLS purchased time on ABC to air this game, right? With this weather delay, the game WILL go past 6:00pm. Will affiliates stick with the game until the finish? Or will they switch to the local 6:00 news?

Frank, they just said when the lightning stops the game will come back on. Just a matter of when the storm passes. Speak Easy, I don't wanna think about that.
