So...my KState -1.5 bet was wrong, DC looks like DC always does under Benny Bozo, and the current game has another United sucking out loud. Time to see what USL has going on right now.

I can't imagine what it has been about the team the past 10 years or so... I can't think of anything that has been consistent. Nothing at all.

It's MLS, so obviously it can flip in a second, but this game feels like a European match between like, Atletico Madrid and Malaga. Huge gap in quality between the teams.

Related: Matt Lampson is a horrifying goalkeeper. I'm surprised when he makes a save.

Ibson frantically arguing against a yellow card that should have been a red. Always love that.

Your old team got that ass whooping to Columbus, which could be both good and bad.

I traveled to that game, strangely enough.

Derrick Etienne is hilarious. He consistently gets in great positions and then unceremoniously blows the final touch ... whether it be a pass or a shot.

He's this close to being a really good player, but he's just not.

He is a backup in the league. He got a chance because the Fire were trying to run Sean Johnson out of town. Sean Johnson "lost" his spot after returning from January MNT camp. It should be reason #1 why Pauno and Nelson Rodriguez should never get another job in soccer in this country.

Note to the Minnesota United front office:

As I understand this is voluntary...

Next year, when the league asks you if you'd like to play a match during the Spring International Window?

You politely reply, "Absolutely not. We would much prefer a mid-week road game. In July. In Houston."

I'm actually surprised it was only 3-0. I was expecting to get combed. Probably should have.

One of, I think, two non-english players for Colorado scores. Badji puts the Rapids up by 1.

Everywhere and Nowhere.....I'm the wind, baby.
Just got back home, turn on the tube and....

Hey! Anybody know who this team in maroon burgundy jerseys is? I don't recognize them, but they just scored.

    EDIT: And again.

I flew from Spokane to NYC via Chicago yesterday, and the chief flight attendant has a son attending Loyola and she was proudly talking about it. Then she said she was sorry about "Gonzongle - how do you pronounce it?" "Gonzaga" replied a half dozen people. "Yes, Gonzongle, I watched Gonzongle's game with some friends last night." Epic troll, really.

Lampson is an upgrade for us from Shuttleworth and the Swedish Meatball.
