Aren't there bonuses for dressing for a game and playing in a game for some players? I said it last year and I'll say it again, MLSPU needs to to do something about this.
All I can figure is that either the Rapids only traveled 18 and Gatt got scratched late due to illness and/or Calvert had some knock that prevented him from traveling and the team never announced it. Otherwise they're just screwing around. I understand that the value of putting someone out on loan may outweigh having them sit unused on the end of the bench but when you can't even keep 18 players healthy and not suspended you have to question having multiple players away from the team.
Watching Montreal at home reminds me of the one time I got to watch MLS in French, when Montreal hosted Chivas USA. Now that Chivas is dead, no more will we get the option of a French broadcast. How disappointing.

Seeing Kevin Doyle out there for Colorado makes me wonder about Robbie Keane - surely Colorado could use someone of his aging ability. He still has a few goals in him, I would think.
