I think the intent is to have some working relationships while not violating any NCAA rules and guidelines. The Breakers have already announced relationships with both the CT WPSL entry and the Renegades of the W-League. The Breakers thread and website have links to the announcements, I would imagine other WPS teams have or will have similar ties.
